RETURNS: Because of the handmade nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, color variation, or natural differences in craftsmanship.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS: If your order arrives damaged or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right. We are happy to provide a replacement. To request a replacement, please email us at ShivaUrbanFL@gmail.com with a brief description of the issue and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. Once reviewed, we will process your replacement promptly.
IN-PERSON RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY: At this time, all sales made at local pop-up markets are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for in-person purchases.
