Return & Exchange Policy

ONLINE HANDBAG PURCHASES:

Your satisfaction is guaranteed when you order from Shiva Urban. We offer a 7-day Return & Exchange Policy.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will re-ship or refund. Please note that you must contact us within 7 days from the date your order was delivered. If 7 days have gone by since delivery; unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you’re simply not happy with your order, you may return it. Simply return it to us within 7 days from the date your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and cannot be damaged or missing parts to be eligible for return. You will receive a full refund as soon as the item is back intact with us.

IN-PERSON CLOTHING PURCHASES AT OUR LOCAL MARKETS:

Shiva Urban offers handmade summer clothing available at the local pop-up markets in Tampa Bay area. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for exchange or return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to ensure full credit. Items that have been worn or damaged are not eligible for exchange or return. You must return/exchange the item in-person at one of the local market locations listed on ShivaUrban.com local markets calendar.
