We want you to love your handmade bag from Shiva Urban! That’s why we offer a 14-day Return & Exchange Policy for peace of mind. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days for a refund or replacement. Not in love with your order? Return it unused and in original condition within 14 days for a full refund. Shop confidently—your satisfaction is our priority!

IN-PERSON CLOTHING PURCHASES AT OUR LOCAL MARKETS:

Shiva Urban offers handmade summer clothing available at the local pop-up markets in the Tampa Bay area. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it within 14 days of the purchase date.  To be eligible for exchange or return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to ensure full credit. Items that have been worn or damaged are not eligible for exchange or return. You must return/exchange the item in-person at one of the local market locations listed on our local markets calendar.
